Bond Adapt Dynamics GP Integration

Govig & Associates implemented the PAM module in order to integrate Bond's Adapt with Microsoft Dynamics™ GP and to enhance its pay/bill functionality.

 

The purpose of this project was to integrate two of the systems already being used so that both Temporary and Permanent placements could be processed using the same solution. Thus, eliminating the additional temporary staffing software AiS had been using.

 

The main challenges identified included:

  • They wanted to have the new solution in place in a short time period.

  • There were three separate systems being used to manage the back office operations. This caused wasted time through duplication of data input and increased the chance of errors. Summary entries were made for one company which limited reporting capabilities.

  • Using spreadsheets to track sales and commissions.

  • Eliminate manual rekeying for Payroll and Billing - temporary placements.

    easy migration to future versions of the product.

  • Ability to split revenue when posting to the general ledger and track commissions at a placement level.

  • Ability to utilize PAM as a solution to handle the accounting needs of temporary employees and permanent placement processing within the required time constraints.

  • Implementation of job costing to better focus on job profitability.

  • Ability to create and assign different invoice frequencies and formats, to ensure the invoice contains the information required by the customer

  • Eliminate duplicate entries currently being made.

  • Ability to get up-to-date analysis of temporary and permanent placements with Webhouse for PAM.

  • Online inquiries within Dynamics™ GP for both Permanent and Temporary placements.

 

PAM is designed so information is entered once then processed for both payroll and billing purposes. Eliminating the need to enter data into more than one system has saved time and reduced data entry errors. PAM stores information that can be retrieved very easily either through on-line inquiries, reports, or an integrated business intelligence solution. The full integration allows a user to see information in both Microsoft Dynamics™ GP and PAM seamlessly.
