Babich & Associates Inc was running multiple companies on different
accounting systems and the system utilized for the staffing business was no longer supported. It was very difficult to get information out of the systems and reconciling all the information from one to the other meant additional work and resources. They wanted to move to one system that could handle all of their accounting needs for their multiple companies; not one for staffing and another for the other companies. The decision was made to implement Microsoft Dynamics™ GP with the integrated Professional Advantage Staffing
Module (PAM) for robust staffing functionality in real time, thus eliminating the resources required at the end of the month.

 

The main challenges identified included:

  • Lack of integration between front and back office.

  • Reporting limitations.

  • Existing system required manual keying of data multiple times.

  • Duplication of tasks due to the manual process of the current system.

  • Time taken and human error associated with the manual entry of data.
