Successful deployment of the first billingual, integrated staffing solution

 

HUNT PERSONNEL, a division of Group Synergie and Canada’s premier employment agency has entered into a strategic partnership with the leading provider of specialist staffing software, Bond International Software, Inc. The project puts around 100 of HUNT PERSONNEL’s users across Canada on the Bond Adapt application and leverages its ability to integrate with third party products, multi-lingual capabilities, and complete configurability.


Bond partnered with Professional Advantage to deliver a tight integration between Bond Adapt and the Professional Advantage Microsoft Dynamics® for Staffing solution. Hunt Personnel’s General Manager, Jacqueline Pourreaux, comments, “It’s great to have our front and back office systems so tightly integrated – this instantly improves our transaction volume and data integrity and also allows us to provide a faster and more consistent service to our candidates and clients, generating a very fast return on our investment.”


Hunt Personnel has offices in both French and English speaking provinces so it was imperative that the solution was bilingual. Mrs. Pourreaux continues, “Adapt’s multi-lingual capabilities allow users to toggle between French and English. In addition, our candidates can register in either French or English from our dual-language self service registration kiosks.”

 

As part of the ongoing relationship with Bond, Hunt Personnel has engaged their own team who will work in conjunction with Bond resources toward the conclusion of the initial deployment. Hunt Personnel will be able to configure and enhance workflow as desired in the future on a self-service basis with the tools provided in Bond Adapt.
