Professional Advantage acquires TASC software product suite
Purchase of TASC Software in UK continues international growth of Professional Advantage
1 June 2007 – Professional Advantage, a leading provider of business solutions and a developer of enhancement modules for Microsoft Dynamics, today announced it is expanding its presence in the UK
with the acquisition of the TASC Software product suite and customer base.
“This is one of 4 acquisitions we have made this financial year and it continues our international expansion, particularly in the UK market,” says Steve Howcroft, joint managing director, Professional Advantage.
TASC product range focuses on bank payment systems for EU market as well as the complexities of international payments. The company has approximately 450 clients that include organizations of a wide
range of sizes across multiple countries.
“The acquisition enhances our solution offerings around the standard ERP packages that Professional Advantage promotes. We currently have over 5,000 companies worldwide using the Professional Advantage enhancement product range”, said Steve Howcroft.
